Did you experience a period when you first got pregnant?

Briana • Mon, Sep 07 • Boy Girl Twins Born July 2018 at 32 Weeks after TTC since June 2015. MFI and APA syndrome. Had 4 IUIs and IVF fresh transfer prior to FET (2 early miscarriages from IUI and fresh transfer)

This cycle I've felt different than past ones yet AF still showed up. I had a couple medium-heavy days but for some reason I still feel different than normal. I was just wondering if some of you still got your AF when you first got pregnant.
