Bleeding after labor

Hey ladies, I gave birth about 5 days ago. Bleeding has been anywhere from mild to moderate flow, but today I was finally discharged from the hospital and went home to do some cleaning. I changed my pad and noticed about 2 hours later that my pad had been soaked and I had a chunk of blood (or maybe a blood clot) the size of a lime. Not sure if this is normal 😔 I have no cramps or pain whatsoever. The doctor did discharge and said filling up a pad after 1 hour then I should call right away but this is a full pad for 2.5 hours. Have you ladies experienced this? Should I be concerned?
