Mid cycle bleeding/spotting? (Tmi maybe?)

I've been having tailbone/lower backaches &a headache for like 72 hours and once yesterday I peed and there was some blood, none on my panties though and barely any on the tissue. Same thing happened twice today. Af due 9/15.. I'm not sure if this would be considered spotting or not... what else could this be?

If it only happens when you pee I don't consider that spotting. You may have a UTI

I would say implantation you are around 7dpo now ? I am and I am due for AF the 15th aswell .
