Spotting

Hello, I'm new to this site and was wondering if anyone else has gone through what I am now. I started my what I thought was my period a week early. It was regular the first day but the last 2 days it's just been spotting and I have been having symptoms like nausea, headaches, and light cramps. My period is mostly on time and always regular. Could this be implantation bleeding?
