Hello community! This may sound crazy. Then again, I wouldn't know! I'm 21 years old. I've been with the same partner for six years. I find him extremely attractive, and he always turns me on. But I don't know if I've ever had an orgasm. When we have sex, I have a strong burning/tingling sensation that feels like it should be released. But I don't know if I've ever had one. I've hear to be relaxed, stay focused on how he makes me feel. But I just don't know how to orgasm. Help!

When you get the tingling sensation let it overwhelm you and your mind. Keep up the same movements and do what you feel will help release you. When this happens to me I look into my boyfriend's eyes and I see how much he loves me and I "go".  Yes you may feel like you look silly, but just be you and free your mind. I'm sure you're significant other will love to see it and will turn them on too.

Well for me everything has to be just so. I can't be too sweaty, he can't be putting to much weight on me, and I have to be comfortable so in a bed. Once that feeling starts don't focus to much on the fact that it's there or if your me it goes away just keep moving in the way that's giving you that feeling or tell him to keep doing what he's doing and it just kinda hits you out of nowhere and for me takes all my energy temporarily away and I just lay there enjoying the moment with my man. I have always said my O is picky sometimes it will sometimes it won't I can tell as soon as the sex starts if it will or won't. It's all about learning your body and your parter help each other out.
