Ftm 100%effaced& 4cm dilated

37weeks +5 days . Yesterday at my weekly appointment I was told i was 4cm with soft cervix. The week prior I was at 1 1/2 cm. Later that day I went to labor&deliver after experiencing painless constant tightening of uterus. They monitored for contractions for about 45 minutes. I only had 3 irregular ones so I was sent home. They told me I was at 4cm 80%effaced when I was discharged at 6:00pm Well today my doctor wanted to see me before work at 9:30am and I'm officially on bed rest since it turns out my cervix is paper thin now 100%effaced and Dr doubts I'll make it past this weekend. So nervous/excited/anxious! They're surprised I'm progressing so quickly since I'm a ftm. Wish me luck ladies 😅
