Fertility Awareness Birth Control?

So I have a boyfriend and we've been talking about birth control for sex (I'm a virgin still). I've never taken about any medication other than ibuprofen in my life, I'm not to keen on anything being in me or losing my natural functions, and he doesn't like condoms. Is anyone super experience d with tracking your fertility for birth control? And do you have any useful tips on it? I'm just trying to explore our options, thanks!

Read the book taking charge of your fertility for one. For two, it doesn't matter if he "doesn't like" condoms, you shouldn't have to stuff yourself full of hormones when he's the one who is fertile 24/7

I think you should try the Nuvaring. That's what I take and it's not much to remember and I don't even felt it in me and I'm a virgin 😊

It's definitely the riskiest method. Especially if you aren't in the position where you could care for an "oops baby"..  I wouldn't recommend it.

Well, I was thinking of tracking my temp/fertility for a couple months beforehand, as we're still not ready to have sex, and then doing a mix of condoms and the awareness method. Maybe a week or whatever time (depending on my cycle) I can be almost certain that I'm not fertile we could go condomless. And then being extra cautious when I know that I'm fertile with the condoms. I just wanna know who may have had an "oops baby" doing this method and what they think the reason is? So I can avoid making the same mistake.
