Rant arghh

I know this is going to sound really rude and im never usually one for confrontation but this group is annoying me a bit at the moment (yet i still come back ;) 
Its just that there seems to be a lot of posts about weight gain/loss and before/after picks. Why does it matter? What is the rush with loosing weight/getting your body back to how it was pre pregnancy? I suffered with  eating disorders on and off for 10 years and i had to let go of that control over eating when ttc, it took us nearly 2 years to concieve and even though it was difficult watching myself get bigger and bigger i knew i was growing a little one and nourishing her with my food choices. Now our babies are all here what is the rush to look thin again? I dont understand. As long as we are eating what we know is a healthy balanced diet to nourish our bodies (and babies if you are breastfeeding like me) then whats the harm in looking a bit podgy for a while, we re allowed!  Rant over 😉
