Should I visit ER?

10 weeks, SO & I had sex last night & I started bleeding this morning (light & red).  I am still bleeding(& also cramping)-I'd say spotting really but I noticed a small tiny clot when I just went.  Idk I think my cervix may be super sensitive but I can't help but worry bc I was pregnant & miscarried at 8 weeks in April & it took me a few years to even get pregnant that first time?  Do you think I should go to the ER & just have them check things out?  My next appointment isn't until October 1st & I am due for my first us then

I had two previous miscarriages before I got pregnant this time. I noticed that both miscarriages occurred at 8-9 weeks. But for this pregnancy I didn't have sex in the beginning until I was in my second trimester. Because doctors say that your first trimester is the most delicate. Thank god I am now 34 weeks and very happy that I am having a baby girl. Good luck to you.

I would say go. Bleeding and cramping is always something to worry about. My doctor told me that herself as well

I'd go to the ER honestly. I had sex and bled lightly at 8 weeks and miscarried a day after (previous pregnancy). I hope all is well but blood isn't a good sign so I'd get checked out to be safe. Good luck! Xo

I had bleeding at 8 weeks. Went to ER....baby was fine. Had another ultrasound at 10 weeks, baby is still fine. If you can.....go to the ER. Don't stress needlessly.

If you're worried I'd go to the ER. I've been there too when I was about 4 weeks due to spotting. The dr's office told me to go since they haven't seen me yet for my first appt. It'll give you peace of mind. Some spotting is normal but the cramps is what's worrying. Good luck!

So sorry to hear about that.... I bled a little at 8 weeks pregnant too, it happened during sex. Luckily all was fine. I don't know if It's an emergency warranting a visit to the ER unless the bleeding is uncontrollable. Call your OB and ask for an earlier appt; tell them it's urgent. I was able to get my 1st ultrasound at 8 weeks and I even heard the heartbeat. If your OB doesn't have an appt available, try going to a different doctor. Good luck. Best wishes

I would go to the er just for piece of mind to be sure nothing is wrong October is a long time to wait for an appointment
