Safe birth control for breastfeeding
What are some safe methods of birth control for breastfeeding mothers? I have my 7 week post c-section appointment tomorrow (yes doing it a week later than most) and plan to speak with my OB about birth control but would like to research some options on my own before going in. Thanks for any info you have to share!
