Dizzy

I have another throat infection. 😒today I went in to the Dr and he gave me a steroid shot. He said my throat was starting to swell shut. He put me on antibiotics and steroids pills. I mention to him steroids make me dizzy he says it's normal? Already I keep losing my balance and that just from these shot hours ago. Does this happen to anyone else? And this pain I can't swallow anything. Does anyone have any remedies to help ease the pain. I tried warm salt water and tea.
