So this is my first pregnancy. Was just wondering what to expect with the very first appt.

They usually confirm your pregnancy with a urine test
maybe give you a edd
send you for blood work 
and possibly send you for an ultrasound

Depending on how technical the office is.. You'll get an ultrasound, give you an EDD. Talk to the doctor and answer your questions and send you for blood work or do the blood work there. At least that how they do it at the office I go to. Have fun!!
