I'm sorry if this sounds stupid it's my first pregnancy and I am 16 weeks and 4 days. I haven't felt anything like it before.

Could be! With my first pregnancy I started to feel movement around 17 weeks, and at 15 weeks with this pregnancy. Enjoy the little movements while they last! Soon you'll be feeling full blown kidney shots and kicks to the rib! Lol
