Is it possible to get pregnant if my DH and I only BDed once during my fertile window and it was 31 hours after I got a positive opk?

Yes it is! The OPK detects the surge of LH 12-36 hours prior to ovulation. So no, I don't think you missed your opportunity. And sperm can live up to 3-5 days in you Fallopian tubes. Good luck!
