Side effects of stopping the pill, or pregnant?

After my last period I did not restart the pill. My period ended on the 4th. My husband and I had unprotected sex on the 5th,and protected sex on the 7th. Since then I have had headaches, increased cm, constipation, and a fluttering feeling in my chest and abdomen. Are these side effects of stopping the pill, or could I be pregnant? I didn't stop the pill to get pregnant, but I wouldn't be upset if I was :).
