15 weeks tomorrow my boobs are leaking... 😱😂

Hey ladies so I'm going to be 15 weeks tomorrow and I don't look pregnant I don't have a belly I am a little over weight and my boobs have grown but not to much but just a few minutes ago I noticed a wet spot on my shirt and I check my nipple and pinched it a little and it leaked a clear liquid. Is this normal? I had a missed miscarriage 2 years ago and my breasts started leaking after I had a d&c. So I'm a little worried about my little one. I don't have bleeding or any cramping at all.
