Rib pain!!!!!

I am having the absolute worst pain in my right rib right under my breast, I'm to the point of being in tears when I try to move or touch it, there's a knot on my breast plate that's hard it's more to the middle of my chest on my right and there isn't one on my left! Is chest pain like this normal or should I call the dr? I just don't know if it's serious or possibly just a bruised rib of some sort! Has anyone else had bad rib pains? Currently 35 weeks today
