What does this mean?

Ok so I have my period for 35 days and it stopped yesterday. Today I have been having some cramping. We had sex two or three days ago. I havent had any blessing today and only light spotting yesterday.. why am I still cramping? And its like the cramping you get when you know your period will be coming soon..
