Can a OPK detect pregnancy?

Question

So today I am 4dpo. My cervix is still very high,closed, and soft. My CM is a milky color but it is very thin and feels like a silicone make up primer (if that makes sense). 
Just for fun, also since I only have one HPT right now, I used a First Response Ovulation Test and I got this.

Now I know this it's not a "truly" positive OPK. But I see a faint line, and was wondering. Since I am 4dpo today, could a OPK detect that I am pregnant? Or is it too early?

OPKs detect pregnancy before a test can. I get really dark OPKs and haven't had a BFP yet

In my I situation I would say yes it look like I had a positive ovulation test 3 days before my missed period and it was a super bright positive on the OPK and they consistently got darker and darker to where the control line was almost not there I ended up taking a HPT it was super positive within 45 seconds and I am currently 9 weeks and 5 days

OPKs can show both lines (even if faint) until the beginning of the next menstrual cycle.
