Probably the worst in a good neighborhood. If you're the best house in a bad neighborhood, the poor conditions of the houses around you will bring the home value down, and any crime rate and poor schools will bring down the price people are willing to pay when you want to move (plus it would make you a target for crime i bet). If you're the worst house in a good neighborhood, you can slowly improve your home, and i bet neighbors would be willing to help since you're dragging their values down with your crappy home, lol. And you'll have nice schools and whatnot.
