Sick & struggling to breathe 😷😷

I'm extremely stuffy right now and I'm struggling to breathe through my nose. I had a bad sore throat 3 days ago but that has gotten better and my nose is the main issue now. I'm forced to breathe through my mouth but that causes irritation in my throat and I end up coughing like crazy. What can I do? I have a Life Brand cold and cough medicine here but I called TeleHealth to make sure I'm allowed to take it and the nurse advised me not to unless I've seen a physician etc and just told me home remedies to use. All the walk-in clinics are closed by now and won't be open on Sunday. Can someone please give me some advice. I was using nasal spray and that didn't do anything (one of the remedies she recommended again to me)
