How do you tell the difference between

Cm & semen? What if I'm confusing the 2 & totally inputting the wrong information on Glow? I had watery cm the first 2 days of my fertile window (I check every morning) we baby danced those first 2 days (at night) 3rd of fertile window cm was creamy, & we bd'd, 4th day was creamy, no baby dance. Today (5th day) was still creamy this morning before we BD'd & then I just checked & it feels really watery again, but then it hit me. What if I haven't ovulated yet & the watery discharge was just still his semen inside of me? I mean I use the bathroom every time after we have sex. I don't know. I think I'm starting to overthink this! Lol
