Could someone please explain to me what TTC IS

Could someone please explain to me what TTC is? Does it have something to do with helping you get pregnant. Just confused on different terms like this. I'm 29 years old almost 30 years old & have no kids. My boyfriend & I are trying to have a baby before I get to old so any help would be appreciated! Also how can you tell what days are the easier ones to get pregnant on. I have 2 sisters & they are both blessed with kids. There is nothing more in life that I want is a baby of my own! I've got the man of my dreams that I love more than anything. I can't imagine going through life without any kids. Just seems so difficult to get there! Please help! Thanks
