Don't sugar coat this

I am 36&3 right now. They already felt my babies head I'm dilated 1 1/2 from the last week. I had a miscarriage Sept 2014. I want this birth natural, no medicine nothing. Just because I lost the first baby I want to experience it all. Lord willing I can have him natural so mommas who have had natural tell me how it really is? I've had back pains a lot so I'm sure I'll have back labour and did you tear? And how bad was it when they sow you up?
