My husband and I have had a very unfortunate sex life for the last year and a half, partially due to marital issues (being resolved) and partially due to physical issues. I am so dry down there that whenever we try to have sex it is so uncomfortable and painful and we just give up. Is there anything I can do to improve lubrication... other than lubes? I prefer a natural solution to help fix the problem.
