11 days late 😱

My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and he pulled out.  I was experiencing light bleeding a few days afterwards but before my period?  I would lightly bleed for an hour - 2 hours then stop.  I did that for 3 days.. Could that be the egg inbedding?  I've taken 3 pregnancy tests and they're all saying negative.  Also, i keep waking up at the same time every morning (2-3) and can't fall back asleep.  It hurts to lay on my stomach, I can't eat a lot or I get nauseated, and some smells make me sick.
