Probably a spiderbite. It happened to me once. It wasn't pink eye or eczema. It'll be gone in a day or two

I get that on my eyes too after I wipe off make up with baby wipes.

I got this with my last pregnancy on both of my eyes and I had to change my face wash and moisturizer. I went to a natural one and didn't have any further problems.
