Sharing a flat with 6 people?

Well my fianceé lived with his best friend for quite a long time now. He and his best friend work with their other really close friends and love being all together. They descided to move all in together (plus me and everyone's girfriend) and live in like a living community in LA. The problem is that I'm pregnant and I'm not sure if my baby should live in such a chaos home. I mean all of them are mature and super nice and sweet and they're really happy about us being pregnant aswell but you know they're young and successful in their jobs and like to party and all like literally nearly everyday. I dont know how to tell my fianceé I know he'd do anything for me and our baby and definitly would move out but I dont want to ruin anything like all of his friends are moving in there with him and then he'd need to move out because of me. I dont know what to do .
