Think I have the flu. Should I be worried?

I'm just over 24weeks and I originally thought I had a cold but colds usually take a few days to hit me hard and this has hit I'm in like 24hours. I usually don't get aches or shakes when I have a cold and usually don't feel this weak. I also have a slight fever.

I had the flu 2 weeks ago. You'll be ok as long as you're not vomiting, dehydrated, or have a fever over 100.4. If you have any of those id go to the ER.

They generally say if you are sick with a fever higher than 100, dehydrated, lasting more than 72 hours call your doctor, you may need to go on prescription medicine safe during pregnancy or need fluids. I just had the stomach bug and called my doctor but didn't need anything other than over the counter medicine bc I never had a fever and wasn't dehydrated but I did have the shakes too, it can be scary but always better to call and be safe
