Breastfeeding and alcohol !?

Question

So I went out last night and had three drinks (vodka and fruit juice) at 10,11 and around 1am pumped and dumped when I got home but then didn't pump for 8 hours, should this bag be ok to give my daughter or do I have to dump this one too ? :/

Don't dump your breastmilk!!! It's too precious! It's moves out of your milk just like your blood. If you can drive or properly take care of your baby, you can feed your baby. The only time you dump is if are shitfaced and need to express milk. Otherwise, just wait until you are sober and your milk will be sober too.

Alcohol doesn't stay in your breast milk so you don't have to pump and dump.. The rule is if you're sober enough to drive, you're sober enough to feed.
