Do prenatal vitamins work??

Hello ladies I'm fairly new to glow and want to know if prenatals work if you take them before trying to conceive.. To conceive.. Answers pleeaase..me and hubby are in baby mode

They don't help you to conceive but they're insanely important to having a healthy baby! Start taking them as soon as you can (a lot of docs recommend before pregnancy as well as during and after)

WRONG....vitamins do increase ur chances of pregnancy...the ones thag help the most are ZINC, VITAMIN C, AND FOLIC ACID....but zinc is the best for the man and woman to take while ttc.....google vitamins while ttc you will get plenty of information on it.

The purpose of the vitamins is to get your body healthy for conception and then once you get pregnant they provide you and your baby with the necessary nutrients.
