What are your symptoms?

I just got my BFP a few days ago. I am 12 DPO and according to my last period 4 weeks and 5 days -- although I ovulated late at around 22 DPO, so not sure if that's right. Anyway, the last two days especially I've been having a lot of symptoms: fatigue started first. I've been having stomach aches, nothing sharp but just dull aching, a little nausea but I don't feel like I'll actually throw up. Also lightheadedness. I had a MC in July at 6 weeks and didn't experience such strong symptoms.
