Don't know if Im pregnant

According to glow I was suppose to have my af Friday and it didn't come down so I took a test Friday night and it came out negative. My periods have been irregular but I never been late (according to glow period tracker when I'm suppose to start) I'm either right on time or early. But I've been having lower abdominal cramps and lower back pain/discomfort, like I'm about to start but when I go to the bathroom I don't have anything just clear moisture. And my breast have been feeling swollen and a little sore (like when you're on you period) I'm nervous to take another test. Cause we've been trying for 5mnths and haven't had any luck. Please help, need advice!
