Should women hold on to their virginity?

Doesn't matter if you're religious or not, do you think women should hold on their virginity until marriage? And if you don't believe in marriage, do you think she should wait for the right person? I personally think it give me the power and weeds men out that only want sex from me. I did not wait until marriage, but I wish I did. I'm sure I would have skipped a few jerks.
