Worried..

I know you probably shouldn't believe everything you read online.. but I'm now 12 weeks and for some reason am starting to get sick I didn't experience sickness during the start of my pregnancy it just all started at once and I read online that going into your second trimester sickness is suppose to go down but mine just started does that mean something could be wrong with the baby has anyone experience sickness during your second trimester
