Confused and need answers

I took 2 at-home pregnancy test and tested negative last month... Went to the clinic 2 Thursday's ago and still gotten negative... But my last known period like Jun30/July1st- July4th/July5th.... But also in that month I took Estrogen pills (Maca Root&Agujae While Fruit) for 2 times for about 2.5-3 weeks. And I was irregular already. And AS OF NOW I had ONLY my nipples hurt and since yesterday it stop hurting.(breast all together never hurt), I'm cramping badly but not as bad as the last period. And its weak contraction (my normal periods feel like I'm in labor) and the blood has no clots so far and it started as light pink mixed with clear discharge and now it's red and gotten heavy
