Is it normal to feel worried?

FTM - had my anatomy scan 2 weeks ago, tech said I had to come back again since the baby wasn't in the right position for her to get all the shots she needed. When I asked if everything was okay she said oh I don't read you results the doctor will.

I know it's normal to have to come back for any shots that the tech missed but this is all I'm thinking about. Just praying my baby is healthy 🙏🏽

This happened to me 2 weeks ago at my 20 week anatomy scan. Tech couldn't see heart very well so she told me to come back in 2 weeks. Today was the 2 weeks and even though the baby was still being stubborn and not moving, the tech was able to get everything she needed. She poked my belly a few times to get the baby moving. I even drank a cold glass of OJ to get the baby moving but nope.

I told myself if they were worried about something they would have done something sooner, rather than to wait 2 weeks. My little bean is growing just fine. :)

Totally normal to feel worried but try to stay calm.. When I asked my ultrasound tech if everything looked ok she said the exact same thing and that if there was anything she saw that she didn't like she would have had me sit down with a doctor right then instead of sending me home and keeping my appointment I had made for 3 weeks later! If they see something they know isn't right they will handle it then and there!

I was very lucky when I went for my 4d the mid wive checked everything! She checked for spinal biffida,  down syndrome, club feet, clef lip and, and, and.. I was very happy with my anatomy scan. I suppose every place you go to is different.. good luck. I'm sure everything is fine... im the same I constantly worry xxx

I think it's normal to worry weather it's your first or not.... Yea, most ultrasound techs can't read you the results. You have to wait on the doctor. Try to think of this as a positive... You get to have another ultrasound in a couple weeks to see your little one again !!

That's a great tech. A tech legally can't say anything about what he or she sees unless it's genitalia or "this is the femur" etc. I have to go back too becsuse my guy had his arms crossed over his chest and they couldn't get a good enough view of his heart which is important because my first born had a hole in his. They're just following procedure.
