Advice on trying to conceive after misscarage

I stopped my birth control 3 months ago waited one month to start trying got pregnate that same month unfortunately I lost the baby at 6 weeks so the next time I ovulated we tried agin not expecting AF tell next week but feeling some of the same things as I did the month I conceved mild craving and discomfort in my left side has anyone conceived the month after a misscarage
