I'm almost 19 weeks and my butt is killing me... I can hardly sit down, barely get up, and I'm walking like a fool because my butt muscles are SO sore... And it's not sciatic pain.... I know what that feels like. It feels more like I've spent hours doing nothing but squats... Is this because of my hips widening or whatever? Cause it's absolutely killing me lol. Oh, and no change in exercise, not sitting around too much... nothin like that.
