AF just stormed thru the front door!!!

so AF came on strong today i wasnt having like period cramps or really hardly any symptoms yesterday and bam i wake up this morning and it was heavy and dark and omg the cramps felt like they were stronger than ever before and they were constant not going away so i had to take ibuprofen get a heating pad and everything i took a nap woke up and my back hurt so bad when i would turn it was hard to breath so i have promised myself i will not do this to myself next month because thru this cycle i was having symptoms where i couldve swore i was pregnant and there were times that i actually thought i seen vvvf lines on hpt so i will still track cm i always have and my period and my fertile week but im def not stressing about it this cycle its too much it puts me in bad moods if i get bfns and thats not fair to my family so goodluck to all of u lovely ladies and baby dust to all xoxo
