TTC & breastfeeding

Hello,

My son is 16 months and he's still breastfeeding at nap time, bed time, and morning... I got my postpartum period back when be turned one in May. So I've had 4 cycles. All irregular but I did have one every month. 36, 41, 29 day cycles. (Haven't started yet this month so not sure how many days this cycle will be). I am trying to conceive and just wanted to know if anyone else conceived while breastfeeding and if you had any tips or anything. I'm not sure I can even conceive or I need to wean.
