Need advice please!!

So af was due yesterday and still has not arrived. I took a blue dye test a few days before af and it looked like you could see a very very faint positive but then a day before af was due I took a cheap dollar test and it was negative. Confused! Could I still be pregnant? I lost my baby at 8 months pregnant back in February and me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive ever since. I want to keep my hopes up!! It's just very hard.
