Breastfeeding and no period

I've not had a period since before I found out I was pregnant. This November will be 2 years without one. I EBF but my daughter is coming on 14 months and just nurses now to sleep. Its driving me nuts that my period hasn't come back. Any insight? My husband and I want to plan our last child and obviously this is holding it up.
