Confused

I don't know what I can do. Im have worrisome contractions at work my lower back was hurting so bad that it caused contractions in my stomach. I went to my doctor today and he said my cervix is still closed so it didn't do anything. He said Im fine to keep working and I know I need to cuz I'm the only income right now. But I'm still worrying about the baby to. So I just feel like I'm at a rock and a hard place right now
