Help!

Ok guys I was suppose to get AF on Friday but she has not shown up yet. I have been cramping for the last week and have been extremely bloated with some light nausea. I took a test on Friday FMU but it came back negative. Today I noticed some thick white discharge when I went to use the bathroom? Any clue what this means? I usually don't experience any discharge so I am looking to see what might be going on..
