Bleeding for almost 2 full weeks

Has anyone ever had an extremely long period? I got my period at the beginning of the month then it stopped after 7 days for 5 days and then I've been bleeding for 13 days since then. Sidenote: I had a baby a few months ago that passed away due to extreme prematurity. He was born at 25 weeks. I have two other healthy babies. I don't know what's wrong with me and I'm starting to freak out!!!!!!
