Sciatica?

I'm having horrible lower back pains and straight down my legs. It feels just like sciatica :( I know it is common in pregnancy,  but is anyone else experiencing these pains? And how are you finding relief?  I work 10-12 hr  days with only 1 day off on my feet the entire time.

I feel the same way. My husband is a chiropractor and has helped with it. I also get relief from ice or heat. Tylenol will help relieve when you can't use those. He said I have so much fluid pressing on my nerve that is what is flaring it up.

Any way you can lessen your work schedule that is probably the root of your problem that is a ton of hours to be on your feet

Ooooh yes. I use a heating pad, lots of stretching and walking.

I started getting that at 2 months because of inflamed muscles. My Dr put me off work after trying half days. Any way of can use a heating pad at work? Or switch to part time while you're pregnant? Good luck!
