How long did it take to notice pregnancy symptoms?

I'm 6DPO according to Glow. But, I have PCOS so I never really know when/if I ovulate. Yesterday I noticed my breasts were sore and this morning they seemed larger. My cervix is high & soft too, but 2 days ago it was more firm. I really want to test but it's too early. How many DPO were you when you experienced preg symptoms?

As early as possible if u are  sensitive and familiar with ur body chemistry

My only real early symptom was nipples pain. Like c severe nipples pain & sensitivity. I didn't even want my dearest to LOOK at them. I was about 10dpo and was already getting vvf lines.

I was 6-8 weeks pregnant before I had any symptoms. That was with both pregnancies.
