Headache, shat to take if I am pregnant?

I am not sure yet if I am pregnant. AF due in 3 days and will test tomorrow morning, but have had sore breasts for 4 days now. I have had a headache all day now on and off, but don't want to take anything without making sure that it would be safe if I am pregnant. What should I take, would Tylenol extra strength be safe? I called my doctor they didn't help much... Long story.
