Hi all! I'm currently 9w3d and very nervous about this first pregnancy. I think I'm doing ok though. I'm a little worried because I started gaining weight due to some stress prior to this planned pregnancy. I worry about gaining too much and putting my baby at risk. Food has become somewhat of a stressor. I dont know what to eat! Does anyone have advice? Greatly appreciated ☺
